BRISTOL -- Thelander for Congress today released a new radio ad to run on multiple stations across the 1st Congressional District, including WFNK-FM, WPOR-FM, WTHT-FM, WBLM-FM, WYNZ-FM, WEBB-FM, WQSS-FM, WMCM-FM, WQSS-FM, WKSQ-FM, WBFB.
The spot highlights Thelander's bio and voter concerns about inflation, rising food and fuel prices, Chellie Pingree’s lackluster career in Congress and his ability to reach across the aisle for common sense solutions that actually help Maine families.
Thelander continues to outraise Pingree among individual, Maine-based donations, and has outcampaigned her throughout the race. As Maine Republican Party Executive Director Jason Savage observed recently, “Ed has met more voters, shaken more hands and listened to more people in his fourteen months on the campaign trail than Pingree has in her entire fourteen years in Congress.”

“I'm Ed Thelander, candidate for Congress.
My wife, Liliana and I have three kids and live in Bristol.
I'm a retired Navy SEAL, a volunteer firefighter, and a reserve deputy sheriff.
We're doing this because Chellie Pingree has failed Maine people, and we all deserve better.
14 years in Congress, and she's never sponsored a bill that passed.
Instead, she gives her vote to her party for bills that drive up food and energy costs.
Recently, Pingree signed a letter along with AOC and the squad that embarrassed the nation and had to be immediately retracted and apologized for.
We all deserve a different kind of leader.
You don't walk the party line and neither will I.
Instead, I'll always do what's right for the community, for Maine.
We need somebody who will show up and work hard to lower inflation gas prices and bring down taxes so that Maine families can get the relief they need.
I'm Ed Thelander, I'm asking for your vote on November 8th.
I approve this message.”
