Interested in hunting deer this fall? Permits are still available in a number of units. Buy one today and get ready for the nine-day November firearm season, Nov. 12-20. Or get in on archery season; permits are unlimited.

Remember: Locate check station before hunting during firearm deer
Before you head into the field for the nine-day firearm season, check that you know where the closest in-person check stations are.
All deer harvested during the Nov. 12-20 season must be accompanied by the hunter and taken to a check station no later than 1 p.m. on the day following the close of the season.
