John – I didn't want to write this message, but I have no other choice: I fell $24,321 short of my October end-of-month fundraising goal.

Polling shows my GOP opponent gaining momentum, so I can't afford to fall short of big deadlines, like this one right before Election Day. After this shortfall, I need all hands on deck to meet my final fundraising deadline this Saturday, and here's what I'm seeing from you:
