approved $369 Billion to accelerate the green transition, and President
Biden’s Justice40 Initiative promises that 40% of federal investments like
these will reach communities that need it most.

The White House Council of Environmental Quality’s Environmental Justice
Scorecard is a new tool that evaluates community needs, measures progress,
and helps guide better results. However, the Scorecard needs to be
stronger to ensure the federal government delivers on its promise to
benefit underserved communities. That’s where you come in.

measure community engagement, government transparency, and economic and
environmental health.
