A MESSAGE FROM TED

Dear VCC Community,

The great unraveling is occurring and the momentum is increasing daily.
Judges in New York, Nova Scotia, Italy, and elsewhere are calling out the
fraud for what it is. While we can revel in this good news, I suggest that
we not be deluded into thinking that the battle is over. Those whose agenda
is global control have no intention of raising a white flag. They have
planned too long and invested too much to stop short of achieving their
goal. 

A day of reckoning is coming. It seems that governments,  public health
authorities and mainstream media globally fear this, which is why they’re
fighting hard to prevent having to justify their actions.

While we can enjoy the shift in momentum, we must remain committed,
determined and vigilant. This is more than a physical battle between truth
and falsehood, individual rights and government control, and medical choice
and mandates. This is a spiritual battle. The very soul of humanity is at
risk. We must stand up with integrity, courage and morality. We are being
asked to declare who we are and what kind of world we want to leave our
children and grandchildren.

WHAT PRACTICES DO YOU DO TO KEEP YOURSELF HEALTHY AND POSITIVE?

* Be a thorn in the side of evil.
Tell random unmasked strangers how beautiful their smiles are.

* Despite my best efforts to remain healthy and positive, I find it
difficult not to despair at times, when I see that the efforts of so many
are still being ignored or unrecognized.

* Yoga, mindfulness, checking in on body energy and thoughts that are
both life giving or energy draining.

* Reading over the choices makes me realize I perhaps need to extend the
range of my practices which tend to be focused more on physical health
(with a certain amount of spiritual). One thing I do is remind myself of
the words of speakers who have pointed out that the Reset will fail and why
it is doomed. These people are very logical in the face of all the
craziness, and base their conclusions on knowledge and observation rather
than propaganda. Watching aspects of the Reset unfold is like observing the
evolution of Hell so I remind myself that these are the painful birth pangs
leading to a potentially better world. I try to focus on what that better
world would look like and develop a vision of a wonderful future. Classical
music helps a lot, as does Qi Gong, yoga, and spending time with my new
puppy.

* Do not watch the news or videos with narrative message.

* Ignoring the fear porn.  Focusing on what I do want, not what I don't.

* Eat real food.

* I am listening to KRYON and other channelings. Above all, I am keeping
in mind that the light is always there even when I can't see it because of
some unpleasant situation or mood. The darkness is only absence of light.

* I only buy (and grow as much of my own) organic food and medicine when
possible. I avoid toxic chemicals for cleaning and other uses. I boycott
corporate products when possible. I dumped my phone years ago and turn off
power to my bedroom when sleeping to avoid toxic microwave radiation and
also use anti microwave protection (Aires tech). I never visit GPs and
never use Pharma. I go outside to work in the garden and forage for wild
foods (herbs, mushrooms, etc.)

* Speaking only words of health.
Never speaking words of sickness or of symptoms. Your words are spiritual
and powerful. 
A good report is health to the bones.

* Eat real food. Stay away from processed foods.

* I frequently remind myself that 1 candle can dispel the darkness in a
room. Imagine what 6,000,000 lights can do.  Fear is the antithesis of
faith. Keep the faith because Light ALWAYS overcomes darkness……
ALWAYS.  It may take time, but time is a construct of man. Be patient and
keep your Light bright.

* Self Pleasure and use Orgasmic Life Force for best and highest good,
overall Vitality and to raise my frequency to stay in a place of love and
Truth.

* Enjoying the preparation of my own healthy food.

* Exercise and read the Bible.

* Exercise, play pickleball with a good group of friends.

* Avoid toxins, yoga, chi gong, try not to judge and blame.

* Doing my farm chores every day twice a day no matter the weather and
working in my big vegetable garden.  This gets me out of bed in the
morning.

* Qi Gong.

* I learn about Natural Hygiene (aka Health Science, aka Orthopathy, aka
Terrain Model -- not to be confused with Terrain Theory), and strive
towards following the ideals it teaches more and more.

* Eating nutritious food.

* Letting go of all to-do lists. Treating my body as if it is a dependent
and beloved child and not my slave.

* Reminding myself that this time is necessary for humanities
transformation.

* Practice qigong daily.

* Listen to online lectures and read about holistic health.
Limit exposure to propaganda by limiting/eliminating  mainstream media.
Practice breathing techniques, such as box-breathing.

* - take vitamins etc. to bolster my immune system
- keep up with latest info and proof about how vaccine propaganda,
mainstream media and unethical big Pharma are now in collusion to cover up
their parts in this colossal, worldwide, human experiment failure.

* Exercise.
