Many people feel like it doesn't matter who they vote for. Even so, it is very important to vote for state propositions and local measures, where we really need to be vocal. This election you can stand up for the rights of dialysis patients (yes on 29), to tax the rich in order to provide electric vehicles for low income families (yes on 30) and in American Canyon to stop a big money measure to annex a plot of land near the wetlands in order to industrialize it (no on J). Your Congressperson may have already won, but if we don't show up for propositions and measures, big money interests will have all the power.

Why is New York resident Michael Bloomberg spending $33 million on a CA measure to take away the right to enjoy flavored tobacco? I'm a grown man and I'll smoke strawberry flavored cigars if I want! (I quit 7 years ago, but that's not the point)

The public has always had conversations and speculated about celebrities and public figures when we had unanswered questions. Reporters USED TO say things like "the public is wondering..." or "some people claim...". Now it's being called misinformation, and that is being done intentionally to stop the public from commonly believing something. It may be that vaccines weren't blocking transmission of Covid 19 or it may be that Hunter Biden's laptop turned up and proved some corruption, both of which we now know to be 100% true. The media acts as gatekeepers of truth, and is actively trying to KEEP information from us. This is why it is so laughably frustrating when someone asks for proof of what you're saying and then rejects that proof because it didn't come from mainstream "authoritative" sources. Why do outlets that present evidence that challenges mainstream narratives face censorship when tabloids like the National Enquirer are left alone? Clearly it isn't false information that the
establishment is worried about.

I'm trying to raise $500 to give away $20 gas cards to random workers at gas stations. I will not be using any of this for myself. I'm just trying to spread the love and take care of my fellow human. If you want to help, I'd love the donation.

Israeli occupation forces have killed more Palestinians this year since they slaughtered them in 2014. Please use this form from Jewish Voice for Peace to contact your Congressional reps to tell them to oppose Israel's full scale assault on Palestinians.
We Are The United States
a poem by Jason Kishineff

If we want your oil, we'll take it.
If your country can be useful, we'll break it.
Don't blow the whistle on our crimes
or you're the only one who will do any time.
Everyone knows that ALL must obey our laws.
Those that trade with Venezuela or Iran are scofflaws.
We keep entire continents from developing
and Muslims everywhere feel our shelling.
Did our sanctions jack up your rent?
Did we overthrow your government?
If your refugees come to our border,
they're only going to get deported.
But first we'll put them in prison-
lock them up, separate parents and cage children.
If some country thinks it can stop us,
they'll have to deal with France, Canada, Israel and AUKUS.
If we think your resources will be our boon,
you better watch out! We'll be there soon!
If you've got lithium, oil or natural gas
we'll be there before a year goes passed.
If your government goes socialist
we'll send in our best propagandists
to spin every effort to protect your people
as Iran or Russia backed evil.
So you'd better cooperate.
Sell your goods and workers' labors at OUR rate.
You control your own fate:
submit to us or become a failed state.

This year's field of city council candidates gives me hope for Vallejo. I've given my endorsements to R ([link removed][0]=AZX0xzwUUw8f7VKTTlryGJfPAKUtOmoiCbVd8qnCh-bzaskgMhe_WiETK_duGoLYDe-12OiFEwPxze6FqdW0X4H4Tn3_mKe06w2icZWQ57cJ3gzvzG4MrH5pDU6o5LPl2ApgriAFmd3oR7uo7C0TUUfx9Gwgh-8UqUBFCW2L6i7fiG9oz-sUe5R1mt2jeji5EK8VRFLQM7PqxFuiUD38KhL_&__tn__=-]K-R) uscal Cayangyang and Garrett Toles. Now I'd like to endorse Peter Bregenzer in district 5. Peter is amazing! Check out his positions at [link removed] ([link removed]) .

Haiti has suffered 100 years of US interference, which has held it down and kept its people in extreme poverty. The people of Haiti are rising up and protesting. That is why the Haitian president is calling for troops- to enforce control and protect US corporations like Levi Strauss from having to pay Haitian workers a higher wage. Here Mick Wallace, Member of the European Parliament for Ireland South, talks about western imperialist controls on Haiti.

Please enjoy this episode of the Katie Halper Show, in which she interviews Palestinian civil rights attorney Noura Erekat and Jewish author and intellectual Norman Finkelstein. These interviews discuss inequalities in occupied Palestine and clearly demonstrate apartheid beyond all doubt.
The Ukrainian Nazis have a kill list that's populated with journalists, politicians and critics of the Nazi regime. Several of these people have indeed been killed, including Daria Dugina, daughter of Aleksander Dugin, who was falsely rumored to be friends with Vladimir Putin.

If Russia or China, if Venezuela, if Trump had compiled a kill list of politicians, journalists and other critics in which several people had indeed been killed, the media would cover it endlessly and Americans would be outraged. They aren't and we're not. (Some of us are, clearly. I was speaking of the majority.)

Two minutes from Dwight Eisenhower's Chance For Peace speech, just after the death of Stalin, in which he framed excessive war spending as theft from the people. Ike begins by asking what a country can hope for if there is no turning from the road of war.
