Help us oppose these job-killing regulations
Hi Friend,
The Biden administration recently proposed new restrictions on independent contracting that would be devastating for hardworking freelancers and other independent workers across the country.

If enacted, tens of millions of freelancers and self-employed professionals could lose their independent status even though they overwhelmingly oppose such a status change — they don’t want to lose their income, flexibility, or livelihoods.

Don’t let the White House cancel America’s hardworking freelancers and independent workers!
Friend,
oppose the Department of Labor’s independent contractors rule. ([link removed])

The proposed rule could have the same impact as California’s AB5 law, which has had devastating impacts on professionals across the state — musicians, florists, tutors, event planners, and many more. Hear real stories ([link removed]) of these workers documented by Independent Women’s Forum (IWF) of how they were impacted by job-killing regulations. Spoiler alert — it’s not good!

The Biden administration will stop at nothing until California’s hardship becomes a national experience.
