Believe it or not, 2020 is here. But before we jump into the new decade and the most important election of our lifetime, I want to pause and say thank you. 

Your support has made 2019 one of our most successful years yet! We’ve launched two new trainings, Boss Ladies and Ready to Rise; expanded our elected officials network to provide educational trips and policy guidance and support; and so much more.

We know building a democracy that works for all of us won’t happen in one year. We are planning our 2020 priorities with our eyes on the change we want to see in 2030. Will you join us?

In 2020, we're working to:

• Build and invest in women's leadership programs to close the representation gap, particularly in state legislatures 
• Expand to new states and strengthen current programs that train future candidates, elected officials, and campaign staff so the voices in our government reflect today’s America
• Launch our Democracy Futures Lab, testing solutions to the systemic barriers that prevent New Americans from voting, running, and serving in our democracy
