Amanda Adkins’ dad just gave another $50,000 to defeat me, because they want to thwart our momentum. According to our estimates, already over 61,300 people have voted early in our district. That means there are still hundreds of thousands of voters my team needs to reach in this final week.
Adkins has been bringing extremists like Ted Cruz to our district to try to rally up her base ahead of Election Day.
We need to keep funding our TV ad buys through Election Day, but if our online fundraising efforts dry up too early, we’ll risk not being able to stay live on TV with our important ads.
Our opponent’s rich backers (including her dad!) will keep pouring money into our district to try to win this seat and flip control of Congress.
