Election Day, November 8th,
 is only 1 week away!
 

In a moment, I am going to ask you to jump in and get involved to help climate champions get elected by signing up to volunteer at home or in-person.  Events include local rallies, canvasses, online training, and virtual phone banking. If you don't need convincing, click here to sign up!

As we near Election Day, I’d like to talk about just how far we have come in the past year:

FIRST, we passed the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act on November 15, 2021, to strengthen our nation’s resilience to extreme weather and climate change while reducing greenhouse gas emissions, expanding access to clean drinking water, and building up a clean power grid.

THEN, President Biden signed the Inflation Reduction Act on Aug. 16, 2022.  With its $369 billion in climate and clean energy investments, the new law was the largest, most ambitious climate legislation Congress has ever passed.

NOW, we have 6 days left to support our climate champions. Election day is one week out, and we can’t let up. 

This kind of progress is not possible without members like you.

Let’s keep this momentum going! We need every EDF Action member – including YOU – to jump in, get involved, and help climate champions win their elections for a cleaner, greener future. We have a variety of ways to get involved at home or in-person, including local rallies and canvasses, online trainings, and virtual phone banking:
