It’s not just the Big Lie. Republicans are telling three OTHER lies they hope will swing the midterms in their favor next Tuesday.
They involve crime, inflation, and taxes.

These are all falsehoods being spewed by the right in order to trick voters ahead of the midterms. But the claims couldn’t be further from the truth.
Ultimately, Republicans want to regain control of Congress so they can help their biggest patrons: gun lobbyists, the ultra wealthy individuals bankrolling their campaigns, and powerful corporations seeking tax cuts.
Everything that the GOP is planning to do if it regains the House and Senate revolves around helping the powerful at the expense of everyday Americans.
Now, none of these three lies is as brazen and damaging as Trump’s Big Lie — but they’re all being regurgitated before what will likely be one of the most consequential midterm elections in recent memory.
