Wow, what a year! My family and I hope your family had a great holiday season.

Thank you for having my back as I've stood up for Illinois taxpayers as your truth-telling fiscal watchdog. I wouldn't be here without your help, and I couldn't continue to serve without your ongoing support. 

We've made a lot of progress: Requiring truth in budgeting, stopping future governors from sneaking their employee salaries into other departments. We've pushed for greater transparency, requiring all agencies to send my office detailed, monthly spending reports. We've reduced the backlog of unpaid bills, cut the state's debt significantly, and improved cash flow, aiming to boost our economic outlook and right the ship going forward. But there is still much more work to do.
