The lack of basic healthcare access for many women in Wisconsin is infuriating. It’s not uncommon for a Wisconsin woman to travel long distances just for an annual check-up. Even if a woman in Wisconsin has a normal, wanted pregnancy with no complications, she may have to travel across state lines to deliver her baby. This is an issue that our candidates in Wisconsin have been working to fix.

Many of the Republicans running against our endorsed candidates believe that doctors and healthcare providers in Wisconsin shouldn't even be trained in performing abortions. This puts the women of Wisconsin in immense danger – because abortions can be life-saving procedures in the event of a medical emergency.

We cannot afford to let anti-choice, anti-woman extremists win.
