Earlier today, my team reached out to let you know that we fell short of our October fundraising goal.

I want to follow up with you directly to explain why this could have really dangerous effects on our race.

At the end of today, we have to send our last payment to TV stations to buy ads before Election Day. As you know, Republicans have been outspending us on TV for months — sometimes by as much as 2-to-1.

My team planned to have a BIG last week on TV so we can go toe-to-toe with Ron Johnson’s and Mitch McConnell’s dark money groups, but we are rushing to re-work our finance plan after our October shortfall.
