John, we’re one week away from the most consequential mid-term election of our lifetimes.  

I know I say that a lot, but it’s true. We’re seeing an uptick in younger early vote turnout, but I am not taking this for granted with so much at stake. I need your help to keep up the momentum at the most critical time for our campaign with a handful of days left.

If we fall short, it literally could mean the difference between keeping our majorities in Washington or losing them completely.  

Reproductive healthcare. Social Security. The right to privacy. The right to marry the person you love. Civil rights. Voting rights. They’re all on the line one week from today. It’s go time. Can I count on you to step up and help lock in a big win today?

The first African-American woman in Wisconsin history to serve in the U.S. House of Representatives, Congresswoman Gwen Moore, took her official oath of office on January 4, 2005. She served in the Wisconsin State Senate from 1993-2004. Before her election to the Senate, Congresswoman Moore served two consecutive terms in the Wisconsin State Assembly from 1989-92.
