YWCA Metropolitan Chicago is excited to share our Executive Summary of the 2022 Illinois KIDS COUNT policy brief, The Future of Child Well-Being in Illinois, as well as our Interactive 2022 KIDS COUNT Data Walk.  Both timely resources highlight key data points and equitable policy solutions to recover from the COVID-19 pandemic and support all Illinois children and families to thrive in the next decade.  

The executive summary provides an overview of our latest policy brief, highlighting key findings and our policy recommendations. And the interactive data walk entails a dashboard of key data points impacting children and families across Illinois, as well as a discussion about policy and program solutions needed.
