I practiced law for over 30 years. As a lawyer, I can tell you there’s nothing more important than having concrete evidence to support your claim. The kind of evidence that helps establish your claim as a fundamental truth.

So, here’s my claim: If we defend and expand our Democratic congressional majorities next Tuesday, we can continue building a better America. An America where women’s rights are protected, where communities nationwide are supported, and where people have access to quality, affordable health care.

The evidence: President Biden and Vice President Harris have already secured generational progress on some of the most pressing issues facing the American people. They:

• Helped create over 10 million new jobs since taking office;

• Took the most significant steps to address gun violence in America in decades;

• Took aggressive action to combat climate change;

• And so much more.

I’m so proud of Joe and Kamala, but you should know that none of this would’ve been possible without your generous support. With one week left to defend and expand our majorities, I’m asking you to chip in $7.

Here’s my closing argument: Next week’s election will decide the future of our country. If Republicans take back control of Congress, they could halt the progress we have made so far.

We’ve already seen congressional Republicans push for a national abortion ban and propose dangerous cuts to Social Security and Medicare (which you’ve already paid into).

We can’t give Republicans an inch. With only days left until Election Day, our party is counting on your support. Will you chip in $7 right away?
