Dear John,

Thank you for being a member of our No Bully community.  Your commitment to our mission to end bullying continues to give us hope as we enter 2020!  Before you ring in the New Year, we want to share the personal story of one of our youngest donors, 16 year old Isabella, and why bullying prevention is so important to her:

In 5th grade, Isabella suffered a concussion, fractured tailbone and back and neck injuries after a bullying incident. The effects of these injuries left her with NDPH, a rare and debilitating headache disorder, and her life was forever changed.

She could no longer participate in activities she loved like tap dance or tennis. In spite of these challenges, Isabella is now an advocate for anti-bullying and brain injury awareness.  She donates proceeds from cookie sales and has even written and published her own children's book. We are inspired by her generosity, her determination, and most of all by her choice to use her experience to help others!

"Everyone faces obstacles. At an early age I learned to tackle my obstacles and turn them into positives. Learning to live with the debilitating effects from the concussion sent me on a mission."

- Isabella Sementilli

Sadly Isabella's story is one of many.  We need your help to ensure a better future for students everywhere.

John, will you please make a donation before the 2019 tax year ends tonight at midnight?  Your generosity empowers students and sets them on the pathway to lead lives of compassion and empathy.

Gratefully,

Team No Bully
