A Republican-controlled State Senate? We can’t think of many things scarier than that.
As Washingtonians, we are fortunate to have a state government that not only enshrines the right to abortion into law, but also one that actively works to protect patients from being targeted or penalized for their personal medical decisions.
But, we can’t take that for granted. Republican dark money groups have already poured massive amounts of money into key races across the state, and you can bet they’ll fight until the very last minute to help their anti-choice candidates win.
