We just got the news that AIPAC's super PAC is dropping over $78,000 attacking our campaign to elect our extremist Republican opponent with just eight days to go until Election Day. By the end of this election, right-wing super PACs will have spent upwards of $10 million trying to keep our people-powered movement from Congress.
We are on the cusp of making history and ensuring Pennsylvania is finally represented by a Black woman in Congress, but super PACs can't stand to see this progress. From endorsing over 100 election-denying Republicans to actively funding my opponent and a Republican majority in Congress, AIPAC has made it clear: It's not about protecting our democracy, it's about keeping progressives out of it.
We're fighting back against their multi-million dollar attack campaign with grassroots contributions of $5 and $15, so I have to ask:

To recap, we're up against some big obstacles. Our extreme GOP opponent shares the name of Pittsburgh's retiring Democratic Congressman — and he's not doing anything to stop this confusion.
The same right-wing corporate super PACs that spent millions trying to defeat us in the primary are back trying to elect an anti-choice, anti-Social Security, anti-Medicare, pro-NRA, pro-corporate-price gouging Republican.
Why? Because they'd rather fund Republicans than take on GOP-backed white nationalism that seeks to divide and distract us from their corporate profiteering.
This $78,000+ is on top of the $5 million the GOP Congressional Leadership Fund and the National Republican Congressional Committee have spent attacking me in recent weeks. Our team is working day in and day out to fight back. Our volunteers are connecting with voters to spread our campaign's people-first vision and we just released a new television ad sharing the truth about our opponent.
But these investments are costly — and we need the resources to ensure we can keep fighting back at the doors, on TV, and across PA-12 until Election Day in just eight days.
