Once a month, DFA members, staff, and endorsed candidates gather on Zoom for updates on our GOTV strategy, inspiration from our amazing candidates, and to connect with each other about what it's going to take to win.
One of the best parts of volunteering during the last weeks before an election is the community you build along the way. You get to work with like-minded people who are willing to do what it takes to make this world a better place. That’s one of the reasons I love these member meetings!
You and I both know that political movements are impossible without grassroots enthusiasm and people building power from the bottom up. And members like you have always been key to winning strategies.
Our final member meeting of this election cycle is tomorrow! We’ve got 8 days left and I promise you that joining us tomorrow will re-energize you, inspire you, and prepare you for the home stretch before these Midterms. Let us know if we’ll see you there!

In previous meetings this month we got to hear from two of the fiercest fighters in the movement, Ayanna Pressley and Rashida Tlaib, two candidates who work tirelessly to knock down barriers for change. Whether it by policy or by action, they roll up their sleeves to get the job done, no matter how big the challenge.
We have some incredible, game-changing progressive candidates that will be joining us tomorrow, including Jevin Hodge (U.S. House, AZ-01), Jim Obergefell (Ohio State House, HD-89), Malcolm Hall (North Carolina State House, HD-51), and Robert Zeigler (Pennsylvania State House, HD-171).
