Listen, I know it feels like this campaign has been going on for a long time. I know we send a lot of emails. I know you’re probably getting emails from a lot of other candidates, too.
And here’s the truth: I absolutely *hate* asking for money.
So believe me when I say, I wouldn't be asking for your help with another fundraising goal if this wasn’t the most important Senate race in the country.
Abortion, voting rights, minimum wage: all of it is on the ballot this November. Dr. Oz has made it clear where he stands on these issues, John — and it’s not with Pennsylvanians.
MAGA super PACs, including Donald Trump’s, + Dr. Oz have been funneling million$ of dollars into this race (as anyone in PA can tell you, watching TV is terrible right now  ).
In fact, Oz has officially dumped $27 million of his own money into this race — making him the most self-funding candidate for federal office in the whole country.
Quite frankly, John, I can’t compete with that. I've spent the past two decades fighting for Braddock + average Pennsylvanians, not hawking snake oil on TV or tricking people into pyramid schemes.
Which is why I’m asking if you can split a donation of any amount between my campaign + Defeat Republicans and help us meet our final end-of-month fundraising goal of this campaign. We need as many of yinz + youse as possible to step up + donate if we’re going to meet this $5 million goal.
