This Halloween, you’re sure to see all sorts of monsters, friend. But of all the monsters we’ve seen, the scariest of all has to be Big Oil.

For too long, Big Oil has had a disastrous influence on California’s climate action. Even though a majority of the California Legislature claims to support climate efforts, a whopping 63% of legislators have taken oil money!

As the election wraps up NEXT WEEK, nothing would scare Big Oil more than all of our endorsed climate candidates winning their races!

Catherine Blakespear, Christy Holstege, Aisha Wahab, Dave Jones, and Liz Ortega-Toro are all running in EXTREMELY tight races against oil-supported candidates.

Please, consider supporting these five California State Senate and Assembly candidates today to defeat Big Oil in Sacramento >> [link removed]

Each of these five candidates has a proven track record of fighting for the environment. We know that if they are elected to office, they won’t just support climate and environmental initiatives, they will lead the charge.

Friend, we are sick and tired of Big Oil’s hold on the Legislature clogging up climate action. We need more legislators who will stick to their values and say NO to oil money.

With one week left of voting, it’s definitely not too late to get involved in the races that matter the most. Winning these five races could be what breaks Big Oil’s stranglehold on our legislative process. One vote — or one dollar — could make a huge difference.

So please, friend: Could you donate $5 or more to each of these five climate champions? [link removed]

Your help can change the world. Thank you.
