WHO: Gov. Jim Justice, West Virginia Secretary of Revenue Dave Hardy.

WHAT: Gov. Justice and Babydog will hold a Community Conversation to greet constituents and discuss the Governor's proposal to reduce West Virginia's Personal Income Tax, and his opposition to Amendment 2.

Also, during the event, Gov. Justice will make a special presentation to the Mercer County Commission.
