Hi team – I’m Governor Tony Evers, and I have one clear message to share with you before Election Day: All Wisconsinites deserve the right to control their own bodies. Full stop.
That shouldn’t be a political statement, but after a radically conservative Supreme Court has overturned Roe v. Wade and Wisconsin Republicans have doubled down on their attacks on abortion access, it has to be.
Before I go on, can you please make a split donation now between my campaign and the Democratic Governors Association before the final end-of-month deadline before Election Day? The DGA is the only group solely responsible for electing Democratic governors across the country who can safeguard abortion in the states. And as a special offer, all gifts to the DGA will be quadruple-matched up to their goal.

John, I have seven grandchildren who are young women. The Supreme Court’s dangerous decision stripped them of their fundamental rights as equal citizens. That’s bullshit.
Attorney General Josh Kaul and I filed a lawsuit against Wisconsin’s archaic 1849 abortion ban. While we wait for our day in court, I’m going to keep fighting so that every Wisconsinite has the autonomy to make decisions about their own bodies. And I’m not the only Democratic governor fighting back.
In Michigan, Gov. Gretchen Whitmer filed a lawsuit and used her executive authority to urge the Michigan Supreme Court to ensure Michigan’s arcane 1931 ban never goes back into effect. And in New Mexico, Nevada, and Illinois, they’ve signed legislation guaranteeing the right to an abortion in their states.
In Wisconsin, I have used my veto pen to block nine anti-abortion bills throughout my first term as governor to stop these shameful Republican attacks, but this fight is far from over. And I need your help now more than ever.
The stakes could not be higher. If we lose, far-right radicals will jump at the chance to further restrict reproductive freedom and push their dangerous agenda.
We can win across the country if we take action TODAY.
John, will you split a $3 donation between my campaign and the Democratic Governors Association – and have it quadruple-matched up to their goal – before midnight tonight, so that we can meet our final end-of-month goal before Election Day?

I'm so grateful to have your support, especially during moments like this one.
Onward,
Tony Evers
Governor of Wisconsin
In heavily gerrymandered Wisconsin, Governor Tony Evers acts as a brick wall against Republicans’ coordinated efforts to suppress voters, ban abortion, and gerrymander their way into power.
Last year, he vetoed six bills designed to suppress the vote and NINE anti-abortion bills.
Will you answer his call and chip in now to elect Democratic governors? All donations will be split between his campaign and the DGA.
