John,

We are overcome with joy that our upcoming Gala is on the horizon and will be here before we know it. Our annual Texas Values Gala will be in the North Dallas area on Friday evening, November 11 at the Westin Galleria! Our Keynote Speaker is Former Trump White House Press Secretary Kayleigh McEnany who had a direct role in the presidential administration that nominated Supreme Court Justices who overturned Roe v. Wade Abortion case!

She is a Conservative Christian who graduated from Harvard Law School! Kayleigh has a tremendous heart for the pro-life movement, and her new book talks all about how her Christian faith has led her every step of the way in her incredible career! Kayleigh is now a co-host for a national TV Show on Fox News. You can view the details and purchase tickets at half price tickets are available until midnight tonight! Click Here for Tickets

In the meantime, have you seen the latest in the news? ….

A federal district court in Texas ruled that the Biden Administration’s implementation of rules requiring bathroom, locker room, shower, and pronoun usage based on gender identity violates Title VII and federal agencies’ own requirements. Big Win!

The Biden Administration’s attempts to coerce woke gender ideology on Texas employees and Texas children failed once again. In its eagerness to mandate extreme political views, the federal government is becoming famous for misreading and misapplying the law. We are grateful for this legal victory, and will continue working to protect Texas kids.

Mary Elizabeth Castle, Director of Government Relations for Texas Values, appeared on the show FlashPoint America on the Victory News Channel, to discuss a number of issues facing Texas children. The full episode of the discussion can be viewed on our news blog at txvalues.org.

Election day will be upon us soon.  Don’t forget to early vote. Early voting started on October 24th and goes to November 4th. The main election will take place on November 8th.

Get out and vote for the leaders that are standing for Faith, Family and Freedom. Our endorsements can be found on txvaluesaction.org.

Finally, we are excited to share a recap of our 5th Annual Texas Faith, Family, and Freedom Policy Forum that was held September 23-24 at Great Hills Baptist Church in Austin. This was the largest faith and family, educational, and policy event in Texas, focused on our core issues of religious freedom, life, and marriage and family through the lens of our Christian worldview.

The Race to Save Women’s Sports Panel at the forum was a big hit with moderator Mary Elizabeth Castle, Director of Government Relations for Texas Values. Panelists included: Riley Gaines, competitive swimmer; Kim Jones, Independent Council on Women’s Sports (ICONS); Craig DeRoche, President & CEO of the Family Policy Alliance. For more details visit txvalues.org/race-save-womens-sports.

Senator Ted Cruz was the  keynote speaker for the policy dinner and the 2-day event featured over 25 special guest speakers including Coach Joe Kennedy, who won the prayer case before the U.S. Supreme Court, Attorney General Ken Paxton, and Father Frank Pavone with Priests for Life. You can follow along or watch a recording of the live stream from the event at: txvalues.org.

The past 10 years, and our efforts to host the Policy Forum, have been possible because of YOU and YOUR continued support of our mission to keep Texas’ conservative values intact and to ensure Texas is the best place to live, work, and raise our families. You have the opportunity TODAY to stand for the future of Texas so we can continue our much-needed work. Please give Texas-Big today by returning the enclosed reply form in the envelope provided or online at txvaluesaction.org/donate.

Faithfully,

Jonathan Saenz
