Let’s End the Lawlessness

John,

Have you noticed? After three years of denigrating and disparaging our law
enforcement and attempts and threats to defund our police, politicians like Tim
Walz, Keith Ellison, and my opponent are suddenly and falsely claiming they
support the police. It would be laughable if it wasn’t so tragic.

For too long Joe Biden, congressional Democrats, and Twin Cities liberals
demonized and denigrated our police with Defund-the Police threats that are
causing chaos and unrest in most major cities. The result is predictable:
record low recruitment and record high crime.

As a 23-year police officer and father of five, I am endorsed by the Minnesota
Police and Peace Officers Association because they know I will always have
their backs. You know me – I always proudly and responsibly support our police,
sheriffs, and first responders. I will continue leading the charge in Congress
to ensure we provide law enforcement with the tools they need to keep our
communities safe.

DFL opponent: I’m so impressed with Joe Biden

When I talk to my constituents, they are worried. Inflation is skyrocketing.
Working families are feeling enormous pain every time they fill their tank. And
now, Minnesotans will have record high heating bills this winter as Joe Biden
takes us further into a recession. Rather than issue a blank check, Congress
must provide checks and balances to Joe Biden’s failed energy and economic
policies that are costing every Minnesota family an additional $6,000 this year.

Recently, I visited with three seniors in their Finlayson home as they
explained to me how they are working their way through the Biden economy. One
woman worked her entire life for retirement and in one short year saw her
saving depleted by 30 percent. Another told me how when she is done paying her
rapidly rising bills, she has $12 to spend on herself at the end of each month.
Because of the record gas prices, Grandma Mary rations her gas and often can’t
afford to drive and visit her grandchildren.

Yet, when asked on MPR

what she thought about Biden’s failed policies, my opponent said: “I’m so
impressed with all that he’s seen able to accomplish.”

Standing With our Miners

Early this morning several hours before the sunrise, I was pleased to bring
together state Rep. Spencer Igo, House candidates Matt Norri and Roger Skraba,
and state Senate candidate Andrea Zupancich for a gate greet on the Iron Range.
We were humbled to receive such an outpouring of unity from the hardworking
miners as they were either driving into work or heading home after their night
shift. Mining is part of our past, present, and future and we must do all we
can to make sure these miners and this industry plays a vital role in our
regional economy!

Honored to Be Endorsed by Teamsters Local 120

<[link removed]>

At 12,000 members strong, the Teamsters Local 120 play a proud and historic
role in helping build the backbone of Minnesota’s robust economic growth. Last
week, the Local 120 endorsed my campaign for my “dedication to [their] members
and to workers throughout the state of Minnesota.” I was honored to once again
receive their backing and will continue advocating on their behalf to help
ignite a blue collar boom. It’s an honor to have the support and backing of
three of the largest unions in Minnesota who will help lead the way in
rebuilding our economy.

See you on the campaign trail!
