Saw this new headline over the weekend.

Not the news you wanted to see today, I’m sure. The last poll I saw had me up just 1%. And I’ll be honest with you — we do expect this race to go 1% in either direction.

Masters is neck and neck with me. This race is as close as it gets. Here’s the thing though:

This isn’t actually new.

All our data, all the research I’ve seen over the last several months has been telling us the exact same thing.

Now, don’t freak out. I’m right here with you, so just take a breath. We have a path to win. We know what it is. But we’ve gotta hit our goals to do it, and there isn’t much time left. It’s really important to do it today, because if we miss this final goal we can’t raise it all back next month. So, please:

Chip in now. $25 or whatever you can afford, split between my campaign and the Democratic Party of Georgia, to win this race and hold the Senate. Please.

It’s been a long race, John. We’re almost to the finish line. Just a bit more now.
