This is a defining moment for our country and our climate, and Earthjustice is rising to the challenge by taking on some of the most important environmental legal fights of our time.
In the year ahead, our work will range from protecting Alaska’s Tongass National Forest from old-growth logging, to strengthening national standards that will protect communities from more than 12,000 tons of hazardous air pollutants caused by oil refineries. We will continue to defend endangered wildlife around the country and fight with the urgency this moment requires to transition to 100% clean energy.
