Happy Halloween! I hope you find time today to spend with friends and family, even with everything that's going on.

I won't take much of your time, but all this talk of what's scary has me thinking about the very real and very scary possibility that the far-right gains control of Congress.

It's not just that they'll stall progress. It's the way they'll use the people's house to attack our rights — abortion rights, LGBTQ+ rights, voting rights, and more. They're already working to erode these rights, but with a majority in Congress they could do much, much more. 

Friends, I'm just $1,405 away from my grassroots goal and the fundraising deadline is midnight! If you're able, can you please chip in to keep Democrats in the majority and our rights defended?
