Trust for Public Land has made much
progress this year to save public lands and connect everyone to the
outdoors.

But with 6,000 acres lost to
development every day, we're going to need more help.

2023 will be one of the most
important years yet in the public land preservation movement. One of
our priorities is returning to our work on the Florida Gulf Coast
Trail. Trust for Public Land has been coordinating a regional effort
with public and private partners to complete the gaps along this
336-mile long corridor which traverses seven southwest Florida coastal
counties: Hillsborough, Pinellas, Manatee, Sarasota, Charlotte, Lee,
and Collier. Now more than ever, this project is urgently needed to
connect the more than 4 million people and communities in this
Southwest Florida region.

But the list of lands that need
protection is long, and time is short.

That's why I'm reaching
out one last time to ask you to become a member of Trust for Public
Land today.

for all of our work toward our 2025 goal: Saving one million acres of
land, 1,000 miles of scenic rivers and streams, and building 1,000
miles of trails.
