Hi John xxxxxx,
This Halloween weekend, as women across the country (and a 10-year-old child in Ohio) are denied life-saving abortion care, we are more afraid than ever.
It’s hard to think of something more frightening than the men who have made it their personal mission to take away women’s rights – men like André Jacque, a State Senator in Wisconsin who introduced a bill that would require physicians to show women videos that depict an abortion 24 hours prior to the procedure regardless of whether or not they’re having a medical emergency. Jacque lost this seat once, and with your help, we can ensure he loses it again once and for all. These final few days leading up to Election Day are when campaigns need resources the most – this is when voters are PAYING ATTENTION. But it takes money to make that happen.
Tomorrow is our FINAL end-of-month fundraising deadline before Election Day, and we are just $2,775 away from being able to max out for ALL of our candidates.
Every dollar we raise from now until Election Day will be rushed to these campaigns immediately. Help us get our candidates over the finish line by contributing $20.22 or more to our Get-Out-The-Vote (GOTV) fund right away →
If you've saved your payment information with ActBlue Express, your donation will go through immediately:
Andrea Gage-Michaels isn’t the only candidate who needs our help. Katrina Shankland is running for re-election to represent Wisconsin’s 71st Assembly District. Katrina, who has been an unwavering supporter of women’s rights, is also running against an anti-choice opponent who is endorsed by “Wisconsin Right to Life”. Her opponent has stated that he “does not believe in abortion at any time,” including for victims of rape and incest or to save the life of the mother.
Andrea and Katrina need your help. With only 9 days left until Election Day, they are running out of time to get their message out to voters. Helping them reach voters is our #1 priority, but we cannot do this alone. Can you chip in $20.22 to our GOTV Fund right away?
There is far too much on the line to lose momentum now.
In solidarity,
Colleen Davis
