John,

Our member-driven organizing and staff-directed in-person campaign support
are some of the many things that set DFA apart.

When we support a candidate, we go all in.

Right now, I am on the ground here in Georgia supporting Stacey Abrams’
campaign in the lead-up to the election and it's why I was also here a few
weeks ago doing everything I am able to do to support her race.

Since the beginning of the year, our team has been in the field, pushing
to elect progressives across the country, and now with 98 candidates up
for election on November 8th, we have to continue working hard to GOTV and
win.

That's why as part of the Mail Our Way to the Midterms Project, DFA's army
of grassroots supporters have sent postcards to the infrequent voters we
need to win, including just under 60,000 in Georgia alone. Those same
voters will also receive a text giving them all of the help they need to
get to the polls and push our candidates over the top.

or whatever you can afford to help DFA mobilize voters and win critical
elections over the next 9 days?

In the same way, DFA went all-in for Stacey Abrams in May of 2017, before
her historic campaign officially launched, we have gone all-in for her
campaign from the start again this year.

Throughout Stacey’s campaign, DFA members have been with her lockstep,
working to significantly expand the electorate and demonstrate what's
possible when authentic candidates welcome new voters into the political
process with a powerful progressive vision.

Far too many candidates think they can win if they spend their time and
donor’s money on social media or TV. But Stacey knows like we do that
doesn't get you enough votes in the end. What actually pushes
progressives' over the top is honest conversations and relationships built
between volunteers and voters.

That is why we travel to support races like Stacey’s on the ground. That
is why we invest your contributions to DFA wisely and put them towards
grassroots organizing, spreading every dollar as far as it will go.

DFA is 100% people-powered so all of our volunteer-led organizing efforts
and the work we do for candidates depend on you. We currently have 98
candidates that we support with people power and small-dollar donations
from people like you.

[ [link removed] ]So with election day 9 days away, can you help support this work and
donate what you can to DFA today?

I appreciate your support. Anything you can do to help is critical if we
want to keep our organization powering progressive candidates in Georgia
and the South.
