1. Should the Debt Limit Be Suspended Through Mid-2021 & Budget Caps Lifted for Defense & Domestic Spending?

This bill — the Bipartisan Budget Act of 2019 — would raise the debt limit through July 31, 2021, to avoid a potential default in late August or early September and raise discretionary spending caps to $1.371 trillion in FY2020 & $1.375 trillion in FY2021 (up from their FY2019 level of $1.321 trillion). It would increase discretionary budgets for both defense and non-defense categories, provide additional funding for the 2020 Census, and include $77 billion in offsets for the increased spending.  Vote now →  

2. Should Congress Block the Coproduction & Sale of Laser Guidance Systems for Bombs to Saudi Arabia?

This resolution would prohibit the coproduction and manufacture of guidance systems for Paveway laser-guided bombs in Saudi Arabia in collaboration with Italy, Spain, and the United Kingdom under authority granted to Congress by the Arms Export Control Act. It would also prohibit the transfer of up to 64,403 additional kits, partial kits, and full-up-rounds.  Vote now →  

3. Should Congress Block the Sale of Laser Guidance Systems for Precision Bombs to the United Arab Emirates?

This resolution would prohibit the sale of guidance system kits for Paveway II laser-guided bombs to the United Arab Emirates in collaboration with France and the United Kingdom using the authority granted to Congress under the Arms Export Control Act. Specifically, it would block the sale of 44,000 GBU-12 Paveway II kits and 16,000 GBU-10 Paveway II kits.  Vote now →
