Working Families Party

John,

Last Tuesday on the debate stage, Dr. Oz said the quiet part out loud. When asked about a national abortion ban, he said abortion should be “Between a woman, her doctor, and local political leaders.”

This wasn’t a gaffe. This is the political future Republicans want.

They don’t just want to take away our rights, they want to control the intimate health decisions that women and pregnant people make. But we can put a stop to this Republican dystopian fever dream, if we defeat them at the ballot box.

With just 9 days until Election Day, will you rush a donation of $4 so we can expand our majority in the Senate by electing pro-choice champions John Fetterman and Mandela Barnes?

Across the country, gerrymandered Republican state legislatures are passing draconian abortion bans — often with no exceptions for rape or the health of the mother. These laws are being passed without the consultation of doctors, and definitely without the approval of women and those who would be most impacted. And that is by design.

But we can’t go back. We must unequivocally stand up for abortion rights by turning out the vote to elect Fetterman and Mandela to the U.S. Senate who will overturn the filibuster and codify Roe into law. And we must work to elect pro-choice champions at the state and local level, to fight back against Republicans’ attempts to erode our reproductive rights.

Will you chip in $4 right now to defeat anti-abortion extremists like Dr. Oz?

In solidarity,

Working Families Party
