- Kiley would be a rubber stamp for the radical right-wing agenda in Congress. He has repeatedly voted to undermine abortion rights in California, most recently voting against a law that would protect patients and doctors from being arrested for receiving or performing abortion care. To this day he refuses to say if he believes the 2020 election was legitimate.
- Kermit is a pro-choice doctor who has fought for our freedom and democracy before, and will do it again in Congress. In Iraq, his squad’s job was to race towards the sound of bombs to get our injured soldiers back to the hospital. Upon returning home, he worked in the Obama administration and on the frontlines of COVID in our hospitals.
Dr. Kermit has been named one of a handful of candidates who could flip a red seat blue and protect our Democratic House Majority.
