Texas Lawmakers Jab CDC Over COVID Shot Recommendation for Kids

Texas State Rep. Brian Harrison (R–Waxahachie) is leading the charge in Texas’ refusal to accept the federal Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) recommendation to add the COVID-19 shot to recommended child vaccine schedules.
This week, Harrison led a group of lawmakers in authoring a letter to the CDC announcing their opposition to the recommendation.
