Happy Sunday, John!
We believe *deeply* in transparency – so we want to share exactly why we need to ask for your support and where your contribution goes.
Women’s March isn’t underwritten by corporate foundations or donors. We’re a grassroots organization – run by and funded by everyday women and allies who know that a better future is possible. But we also know that the future will only manifest itself if we build it.
We will demand our leaders protect our reproductive rights. We will fight for the lives we want to live – like the freedom to marry whomever we want. We will protect our democracy and our access to the ballot box. And we will hold any politician who threatens these freedoms accountable.
Our work does not end on Election Day – but Election Day sure as hell matters. The outcome of the midterms will have cascading effects on generations to come. Protecting our rights can only happen if we mobilize voters (especially in key battleground states and districts) to defeat anti-choice Republicans.
Right now, we’re falling short of our October projections by $25,890 – that means very real cuts to our budget and our GOTV plans if we fail to close the gap. Please make your first contribution straight away >>>
In solidarity,
Women’s March
