Hi John, it’s Senator Tammy Duckworth.
In a moment, I’m going to share with you why I’m backing Chris Deluzio, but if you’re already part of his team, will you chip in today to help ensure Chris gets to Congress this November?
I asked Chris if I could reach out because I believe in the grassroots team he’s building. Chris is a fellow Iraq War Veteran, a voting rights lawyer, a pro-worker and pro-union advocate and a proud father. He’s committed to working for a government that lifts everyone up and leaves nobody behind. I know Chris will serve the people of Pennsylvania’s 17th District well in Congress.
But Chris has a tough road ahead of him. His opponent is a corporate executive who has been self-funding his campaign to the tune of $1 million. He also has the full support of MAGA Republicans and dark money GOP groups who are spending millions of dollars to run deceitful attack ads that mislead voters about Chris.
John, Congress doesn’t need another corporate executive who will be a rubber stamp for the McCarthy agenda. We need a leader like Chris.
