Marjorie Taylor Greene fled a local
Georgia TV show after people started to call into the program to ask
questions.
MTG appeared on Night Talk on UCT
where she was scheduled to answer questions from callers. Greene
stayed on and answered questions from co-host Judy O’Neal, concerning
several of the scandals she has faced, such as the texts she sent to
Trump White House Chief of Staff Mark Meadows about attempts to
overturn the 2020 election.
But, instead of facing her
constituents questions - she fled the interview. “Well, we’re
back without Marjorie Taylor Greene ... she’s gone,” Ms. O’Neal said
when the show returned without the congresswoman.
Here’s the good news: Democratic Army Veteran Marcus Flowers (the candidate running to
unseat MTG) bought all the ads on either side of each
segment.
The Dade County Democrats tweeted
it was a “good use of funds for any Dem candidate for Congress running
in a rural area. You may or may not be able to spend a lot of TV money
in big markets, but you can certainly pour the commercials into your
local public access TV & radio stations, and there are voters
watching and listening”.
We need your help to ensure
that every Georgia voter knows what’s at stake in this election.
Will
you pitch in $20 or more to help keep our ads on the
air?
We can win this thing -- but only
if we run through the finish line together.
Thanks for your
support,
Team Flowers for
Congress
