Joe O'Dea might pretend he’s a “moderate” and an “outsider,” but he sure has a knack for keeping the top MAGA brass in his corner. Take a look at who he was campaigning with last weekend:
On the far-right (literally and figuratively) is Rick Scott, Senate Republicans’ campaign chair. In case you missed it, O’Dea recently ditched Colorado for a splashy fundraiser in Miami with Scott — who proposed an agenda that could eliminate Social Security and Medicare and who voted against certifying the 2020 Pennsylvania election results on January 6th.
Standing between the two is Ronna McDaniel, chairwoman of the Republican National Committee, who promotedDonald Trump’s 2020 election fraud conspiracies and participated in his fake electors scheme.
Team, it's crystal clear: This is who Joe O'Dea is.
This isn’t news to us, but MAGA leadership showing up in these final two weeks for Michael’s opponent means that they could be planning to add to the millions of dollars that they’ve already spent to flip Michael’s seat, because they know that if they flip Colorado, they’ll control the Senate majority come January.
We can’t let them drown us out. Will you pitch in any amount before tomorrow’s end-of-month fundraising deadline to help us get out the vote, fight back against GOP attack ads, and keep Colorado blue?
