Team, it’s a Saturday night during a busy time of year, you’ve got a lot going on, and someone is emailing you about politics. You want to ignore this email and move on with your life -- I know, because I feel the same way about some of the things that cross my inbox. 

But I’m asking you to hold off for just one minute and hear what I have to say, because this one’s important.

Donald Trump -- the guy we’re all sick and tired of being sick and tired of dealing with -- is actively plotting his return to power, and it all hinges on what happens 10 days from now in the midterm elections.

We know this because he and his allies have advertised their master plan loud and clear for everyone to hear. They’ve handpicked election deniers to run for election oversight offices, accepted the backing of groups like QAnon, and set the wheels in motion for overthrowing our democracy in 2024.

But this isn’t a foregone conclusion. We still have the power to defeat these Trump loyalists and make sure they never get a chance to “fix” our elections in his favor -- if we keep doing the work in key races over the next 10 days.

We’ve still got $14,080 left to raise in October to stay on track and execute our plans. So right now -- even though it’s the weekend, and even though we’ve all got a lot on our plates -- I’m asking for your help.
