I want to make sure you know just how important you are to this campaign, John.

When I think about our top supporters, I don’t think about the amount they gave. What means the most — what’s most important — is that folks step up for our campaign when we most need support.

Put simply, Republican outside groups would have drowned me out already with the over $63 million they are spending in North Carolina if this grassroots team had not had our back. Instead, we are tied and stand on the cusp of a historic victory because folks like you have come through when we needed you most.

I am so proud that we have funded our effort $5, $10, and $25 at a time. This is truly a people-powered campaign.

But one of the most important things I’ve learned running (and winning) statewide in North Carolina is it comes down to the margins. That was true when I won in 2014, and it was true in 2020 when 401 votes out of over 5 million decided my race for Chief Justice.

So our deadline in two days is another one of these important moments where we really need everyone who cares about this race and our Senate majority to stand with us. So I am humbly asking:
