Team,
When I first ran for Attorney General, I was working to become just the third Democrat to serve as Colorado’s Attorney General since the Truman Administration.
The past four years have shown us all how critical it is that we can continue this work.
In my first term, I’ve been busy – defending our democracy, protecting reproductive and civil rights, addressing the opioid epidemic, improving our criminal justice system, defending consumers, and protecting our land, air, and water.
But we’ve got a lot of work to do moving forward. After the Dobbs decision overturned Roe , every American’s personal freedoms now depend on the state in which they live. Our red-flag, background-check, and magazine-limit laws are also at risk in the face of Second Amendment challenges brought by the NRA. And our democracy is under attack from unjustified barriers to voting and the toxic influence of dark money to false claims of voter fraud.
I’ll always protect your rights and your safety. But I can only do so if we win this election.
We’re in the final stretch here, team. Can you pitch in a few bucks right now to help us get out our message and continue the work we’ve started? [[link removed]]

As Attorney General, I am committed to bringing people together to defend the rule of law, protect consumers, address the opioid crisis, advance public safety, and protect our land, air, and water.
During my first term, we worked hard to listen to Coloradans across our state and win bipartisan support for our work. Every bill we advocated for achieved bipartisan support. That included working together with sheriffs and police chiefs from around the state to develop responsible gun safety laws and safe gun storage. It also meant bringing together Democrats and Republicans to help fight the opioid crisis. And it meant partnering with Republican state senators to protect water in our rural communities.
I’ve seen the good work we can do together. And we’ve got to keep it up.
I’m in a tight race, and I need all the help I can get to win. Click here to make a donation to help us with our digital push in these last few days → [[link removed]]
