I have long believed that recognizing the equality and full humanity of women and men is imperative to our success as a nation. How we treat women not only matters to those individuals but to our country's ability to thrive (or fail). But today, we're seeing unprecedented attacks on women's rights – and the Supreme Court's decision to overturn Roe v. Wade has pulled our country back decades.

Republicans are doubling down on their attacks across the country, so it's crucial that we double down on our support for Democrats. Please rush $5 or however much you can between Maggie Hassan and Jacky Rosen to protect this vulnerable Senate seat. Maggie won her last election by only 1,017 votes. As her election reminds us, every vote counts.

Maggie knows that one of the best ways to make sure all of us can get ahead and stay ahead is to make life more fair for everyone. That includes equal pay for equal work and control over how and when to start a family.

Tomorrow’s daughters should have more rights than their mothers, not fewer.
