I’ve been around Democratic politics for decades. So when I tell you that Michigan’s Third District is one of the most critical seats to flip blue if Democrats want to hold onto the House majority this year, you can be sure it’s the truth.

Here’s what else is true: The single most important thing you can do right now to make sure Hillary Scholten has the resources to this seat blue on November 8 is to chip in to her campaign before her final monthly fundraising deadline.

Republicans only need to flip four seats to take back control of the House, and that means we cannot just hold the seats we have; we must also flip key districts like this one. If Democrats lose the House majority next year, we lose all of our progress — so we must support Hillary as she works to flip this district.
