Before I log off for the evening and go help Violette finish her Halloween costume (cutting it a little close, I know), I wanted to write you this quick note.

Let me just start with a huge thank you for your tireless dedication to this campaign. Last week, when a poll came out showing me evenly tied with my right-wing opponent, you came through to make sure we had the resources to push ahead at this critical moment.

You’ve been with me through almost three tough elections. This team is truly the best support system I could ever ask for.

My team and I are gearing up for our last end-of-month deadline, and we’re still short of our monthly goal.

This is a highly competitive purple district, so it will come down to turnout. We’re making a final round of investments in our field team and making sure we reach out to voters in every community in Coastal Virginia, but we need your help to make sure we can cover all these costs.

I need to ask if you’ll chip in $15 or $20 to make sure we meet our final end-of-month goal in just a few days. Your support helps us bring new folks into the political process for this highly consequential election.
