Dear John,

It's almost 2020! And, just in time, our newest initiative (True North
Legal) is off to the races with an amicus curiae brief filed at
the Supreme Court of the United States! Can I ask you, in the
waning hours of this year, to give towards our BIG 2020 goals? We are
ready to hit the ground running - with your support, this will be a
huge year for Minnesota Family Council & Institute.

But what we can accomplish together for your family and your values
depends on YOUR generosity! Please give now or by midnight tomorrow!

So, let's talk about True North Legal. Remember that TNL is our new
legal initiative. With your support, we've been busy fighting for
life, family, and religious freedom in the legislature, the public
sphere, and now in the courts. The June Medical Services v. Gee

case, which the Supreme Court announced just today that they
will hear in 2020, is the first abortion-related case to reach the
high court in several years, and it could have

huge implications for the regulation of abortion facilities, which are
often unsafe places for women - and always unsafe places for
babies.

By getting involved in this case, we're making a statement that the
lives of women and unborn Minnesotans have value, and that we will
fight at every level to make sure they ARE valued! Will you join us?
Just a few more hours to give for a 2019 deduction!

Finally, if you have already given online, remember that there are
other ways to give.

BY CHECK - You can mail your gift to: Minnesota Family Institute,
2855 Anthony Lane South #150, Minneapolis, MN 55418. Remember,
your gift must be postmarked by December 31st to qualify for tax
deduction in 2019.

STOCK GIFTS - You can support us through a gift of stock. Please
contact Cheryl at [email protected] or 612-789-8811 ext 202, or
John at [email protected] or 612-789-8811 ext 224 if we can
assist you with a gift of stock or answer any questions you may
have.

PLANNED GIVING - If you are over 70 1/2 years of age, consider
giving directly through your IRA. If you must take a Required Minimum
Distribution from your retirement account (other than an ongoing SEP
or SIMPLE IRA), you may avoid a taxable event by giving directly to
Minnesota Family Institute through a Qualified Charitable
Distribution. Contact Cheryl at [email protected] or
612-789-8811 ext 202, or John at [email protected] or
612-789-8811 ext 224.

LEGACY GIVING - Invest in your lasting legacy by including a
generous gift to Minnesota Family Institute in your estate planning or
will. Your gift will help us fight to preserve family, faith and
freedom for future generations.
