With the news that VA-07 is now once again rated as a toss up, he might actually get it done unless Virginia Democrats stand up and re-elect Abigail Spanberger! With 11 days remaining, and polls saying that Elaine Luria and Abigail Spanberger are in tough contests, this new influx of money could be what the GOP needs to get their extremist candidates over the hump and into Congress.
