enables participants to receive one-on-one guidance and support from an LGBTQ professional or ally at a large company, who can help mentees develop their career goals, strengthen your resume and cover letter, and expand your professional network. Over 30+ leading companies, including Hilton, TD Bank, & Under Armour, are participating in the program and mentors will meet with participants at least four times over the course of one year either virtually or in-person.
